Haku Fund Oy is an independent search fund dedicated to the rigorous identification, acquisition, and hands-on operation of a single, promising small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Finland.

In essence, we are a specialized acquisition vehicle. Our core “service” or “product” is the intensive and comprehensive process of finding, analyzing, and acquiring a great company to own and grow for the long term. We don’t sell traditional goods or services to external clients; instead, our entire operation is focused on this sophisticated and active acquisition journey.

• Post-Acquisition Operation: Once acquired, our commitment is to directly manage and operate the business, driving its growth, efficiency, and long-term value. Our goal is to transition from an acquisition vehicle to an active operating company.
